Rc airplane crash help?
brickhead179 asked:
i have a spitfire mk2b that recently suffered a nose dive from 200 feet or so..straight down. I have recently rebuilt the plane from balsa wood instead of the usual foam pre made parts (cost a fortune!). All my cowl was sand, engine survived somehow, and the battery exploded. The plane i guess hit a gust of wind due to the fact that there were severe rc winds in the area. Anyway the body was trashed, plane wing saved and servos, esc, and other various parts salvaged and rebuilt. Is there any online store where i can buy Ni-Cd batteries for cheap? like ten. twenty dollars tops?
