HELP in The Sims 2 Open For Business?

Okay, I am really having trouble. Some of my employes slack and so I fire them to getmore slackers. Either that or they quit. I have tried Servos but for some reason i get an error code. My business never do good and I even had my boss die because of lack of needs (Is there a cheat to disable that). What is an easy place to do? [Please do not say toy store because that was a MESS] Well thanks, and please help me. Id this the same as that cheat like moodlevel 5 (Or wateva its called, you no the 1)

Do u know how to download costum content cause if u do go to google and search rejovanation chamber that will raise ur mood so anytime ur sim is sad send him/her to it another wen u see the dot over ur worker’s head its suposed to be green but wen it gets red or its been yellow for a long time give them a break or send them home for the day that will make them not quit. >_<
