Damn! Some of those are so fast it’s SICK!
The one I built was based around high torque and lots of grip rather than speed. Turned out pretty good, it beat all the other robots. As part of our robotics class in college we get to do this. I must say the programming is a breeze once you have the hardware down. Weight and size restrictions make building the robot rather difficult, so a lot of thought must be made in the selection of parts and the overall design.

This is so sick, damn if you have knowledge of microcontrollers and C.. build one. I am trying to learn it. But i think there is no competition here… shame :/
I wonder what kind of motors they use.. and probably lithium battery’s…

Yea, not to mention the incredible amount of coding you’d have to put into it to tell it what to do. I just make one that runs to one side, and your big box with a fast motor will run itself off the mat.

it’s easy, all you need is the heaviest box you can find and fit in to it the most powerfull engine that’s on the market =D
