In Japan, most people turn to Pet robots to relieve the stress born out of this financial recession. Pet robots include robot cat Yume-Neko Venus (Dream Cat Venus), Paro, a pet robot seal, Pekkopa, an interactive potted plant robot and many more. These range of domestic robots are called Dream Pets.
